Campus 2 got established in 2010; while Campus 3 started operation in 2022. The Group of Schools was conceived out of a deep concern towards the deplorable academic situation in Nigeria and the need for its improvement even at the grass-root level.

DR. Jeki Opusenibo Pepple Randolph Matzon, a native of Opobo Nkoroo L.G.A, Rivers State and the Proprietor of Randolph Group of Schools, channeled his God's-given resources and wealth of experience to the establishment of this group of schools. His love for education and sound academic standards in general, know no bounds; as his achievements over this short period speak volumes. Driven by his love for humanity and passion for indigent children in particular, he abandoned his trade at retirement from an oil sector, which would have profited him more for a lesser lucrative one; in order to reach out to the less privileged in society. Hence, he has given out more at a very high standard, of which the little resources of these less privileged, could not and cannot afford for them; thus, the establishment of Randolph Group of Schools with purely and strictly academic standards and requirement. His love for education and magnanimity towards man has played-out in the various successes recorded by both staff and students of the schools. Can we exhaustively say all? Of course not going by what he often says "My best is yet to come! Expect more".
